Press Release Body = For the first time in our history, the business world is
dealing with 4 distinct generations in the workplace. For that reason, Multicultural
Business Council (MBC) announced today the addition of a workshop to better equip
managers to deal with these multi-generational work teams.

Titled Managing Builders, Boomers, Xs, and Ys Without Losing Your Zs, the workshop
takes participants on a hands-on journey filled with self reflection, interactive
lecture, real-life stories, and anecdotes. Participants gain knowledge in such a way
they can confidently put it into immediate use and will remember the learning
experience for the rest of their lives.

Statistics show manager spends an average of 17% of his or her time dealing with
employee conflicts. The majority of these conflicts are related to identifiable
generational traits. By educating managers to known traits within a generation they
are able to be proactive, eliminating most or all generational conflicts.

"Generations have been falsely characterized." says Rick Weaver, MBC spokesperson.
"Each generation seems to have its own quirks and motivators, however research has
shown many of our preconceived notions about specific generations to be false. One
of the focal points of this workshop is to debunk the myths we have about members
of specific generations".

According to MBC, one of the biggest misconceptions is that Generation Y is prone to
job hopping. Although statistics clearly substantiate this myth, the reason for the
job hopping is a failure to meet the needs of members of this generation. At
companies that have learned the motivators for generation Y the retention rate has
increased significantly.

Intergenerational feuding is also a target of MBC\'s workshop. "It is important for
supervisors and managers to understand how to get people from different generations
to work in harmony," adds Weaver. "By clearly understanding the motivation behind
workers of each generation, managers are able to coach their team into a cohesive
team."

This workshop is available in a variety of formats, including traditional classroom
and online. Each presentation is customized to the specific participants.
